Founded in 1998, the Blossom Group supports people with complex special needs including those who experience moderate to severe neurological and developmental and/or cognitive issues such as Autism.
Our person-centred approach places our clients at the centre of the services we provide. This approach focuses on helping our clients achieve their aspirations while fulfilling their needs within their own unique circumstances.
To achieve this, we provide skilled and caring live-in support through a 1:1 client/staff model.
The Blossom Group is committed to being a culturally competent and inclusive community. Our staff receive training opportunities which enable them to provide a culturally unique environment for adults and children in our care. In addition, staff are trained to be sensitive to individuals in our care who identify as either First Nations, Inuit or Métis people.
